Halo! :) I regret to say that I'm a newbie in Collide's carnival of admirers, however, I'm
extremely satisfied with their work. I bought the CD on a whim of hoping that it would be
good and I was blessed by the muses. I can't stop listening to Chasing the Ghost. My only
complaint is that it's difficult to find work from Collide. (Even more difficult to buy it
though with how strict my parents are...)
kaRIN, you have a succulent voice that holds me spellbound in a trance for hours! A true
definition of ghostly dulcet song. Your voice takes me to lands unknown and thoughts
unthought (if there is such a thing...) I've always been in search of artists who hold me in
awe, and you are one of the very few artists who have done so. I wish you the best of luck
and I'm spreading the word about you guys. Keep up the phenomenal work and I can't
wait until I get my hands on another one of your masterpieces. Thanks again for creating
timeless music that will never be duplicated. Farewell.

I have been listening to goth, ethereal, EBM, etc. for years and I must say that Collide is
far and beyond one of the best bands I have ever heard. They have such a tight sound. I

After hearing "Wings of Steel" on local Georgia State University radio's 88.5
(www.wras.org) on my Atlanta to Athens commute, I knew I had to get the CD (about 3 or
4 months ago). As it turns out, my favorite track is "Razor Sharp"...at about 3 minutes 30
seconds, as "razor sharp" is heard (after the instrumental hiatus), I get a warm, narcotic
vibe...it's hard to take the CD out of my car.

collide got my attention because of the tool-song triad. I downloaded some of your songs
and I was really blown away. the music with the singer's beautiful voice and the arabic
influences sounds really mysterious and cryptic. I tried to find out where to get "chasing
the ghost" here in germany but I couldn't find any informations on a
germany-release..hopefully I'll be able to get it sooner or later. until then I'll have to stick

I, too, learned of Collide's music via the Tool website and share in the admiration of the
sound that the group posseses. Karin has a very melodic and searing emotional vocal
capacity. She is also a hottie! These days it seems hard to escape all the clone bands that
are out there and this group is definitly not a clone and their music is intelligent and
deeply moving..

Hey, mega thanks for the very nice promo-package! So far, everyone who's heard
CHASING THE GHOST has liked it! I've made a point of playing at least 1 song a night
from it, and when my new solo gig goes though (believe me when I say DJ Illusion is a

What you both create is so very unique and rare these days. For a pair to use such a wide

i had bought the Dark Realms magazine, and i read the
interview in it, amd i thought that collide sounded like
a really cool band. i got some of songs from a friend, and
i fell in love with the music!!!!! its a really good band,

i just wanted to say that collide is a wonderful band...karin you have a beautiful
voice...read about collide in some magazine and saw the cover for chasing the ghost the
cover was kick ass!!! then i brought this compilation cd called diva x machina which has
nothing but female vocalist and it had collide in the compiltaion cd and i heard the song
beneath the skin "adrenaline edit" and it was amazing i fell in love with the song i
listened to it over and over and over again its such and awesome song...also i been looking
for more collide cd's but i cant find any anywhere all i found is chasing the ghost which
kicks ass i just brought that the other day....also i wanted to know when collide is coming
to chicago i will so be there....well e-mail me karin if thats possible to tell me when you
will be in chicago....hopefully soon..bye now
